Returns & Refund Policy
We strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order:
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original purchase receipt or order number.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund or exchange within 3–7 business days.
- Please note that custom-made, discounted or clearance items are non-refundable.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Standard shipping / delivery typically takes 1-2 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout, or may be waived for orders above a certain threshold.
- We will notify you by email (or SMS) when your order is dispatched, along with tracking information if available.
