2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may include or exclude VAT (where applicable).
  • We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors in pricing or product details may occur.
  • AllFix reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • M-Pesa (STK Push / Paybill / Till Number)
    • Debit/Credit Cards
    • Other approved payment gateways
  • AllFix reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines:
    • Nairobi: 1–3 business days
    • Outside Nairobi: 2–5 business days
  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. AllFix is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • Delays caused by logistics providers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds for M-Pesa payments will be reversed to the original number where possible.
  • The following items are non-refundable:
    • Custom-made or special-order items
    • Clearance or discounted products
    • Used or damaged items (not due to delivery issues)

6. Warranties & Product Use

  • Products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.
  • AllFix does not guarantee misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear.
  • Customers are advised to use qualified professionals for installation where necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, images, text, graphics) is the property of AllFix and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, AllFix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.


9. User Responsibilities

  • Users must not misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya).
